About

Built from a real problem.
By someone who watched it
break real people.

OpsBrain did not come from a whiteboard. It came from watching professionals drown in paperwork — five tools open, sensitive documents uploaded to ChatGPT, hours of brain power poured into just understanding what was agreed, not acting on it. From watching teams split over documents nobody read twice. From seeing the stress at the worktable when a payment was missed that was sitting in plain sight in a signed contract. From the locked room. That every company has.

I am from Albania. OpsBrain exists because I refused to accept that no serious tool treated post-signature obligations as operational data — something I watched break teams in the real world, not in a slide deck.

I saw it at university. I saw it at work. Professionals juggling five tools, uploading sensitive client contracts to ChatGPT because there was no better option. Arguments about what was agreed and what was not. Missed deadlines that could have been caught. Renewals nobody noticed. Obligations living in folders nobody opened twice.

I did not read about this problem in a case study.
I watched it happen. And I built the solution.

The product is engineered for depth: structured commitments, evidence quotes, risk scoring, counterparties, reconciliation — the kind of system you need when missed obligations have real financial and legal consequences.

This is not a solution looking for a problem.
This is someone who found the problem first and refused to accept that no tool existed for it.

What We Believe

Three principles. No exceptions.

01

The post-signature gap is the most underserved space in business software.

CLM stops at signature. CRM tracks revenue. ERP tracks transactions. Nobody tracks the obligations. Until now.

02

AI should propose. Humans should approve.

Every action OpsBrain generates waits for human approval. Nothing sent automatically. Nothing committed autonomously.

03

Security is not a feature. It is the foundation.

Sensitive documents should never leave your encrypted environment. That is not a selling point. It is a baseline we built from day one.
