Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using OpsBrain, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using OpsBrain on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. The service

OpsBrain is a commitment intelligence platform that extracts, tracks, and monitors contractual obligations from uploaded documents. We provide the software on a subscription basis (SaaS). You access it through a web browser — no installation is required.

3. Accounts and access

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • Each plan has a user seat limit. You may not share login credentials to circumvent seat limits.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial.
  • After the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan (Basic or Premium) to continue using the service. Enterprise plans are available by contacting sales.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

5. Your data

  • You retain full ownership of all documents and data you upload to OpsBrain.
  • We do not use your documents to train AI models.
  • We process your documents solely to provide the service (text extraction, obligation detection, risk scoring).
  • Documents are encrypted at rest with a per-tenant key. No other customer can access your data.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:
  • Upload malicious files, malware, or content that violates any law.
  • Attempt to access other tenants' data or reverse-engineer the platform.
  • Use the service for any purpose that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
  • Exceed rate limits or attempt denial-of-service attacks.
  • Resell access to OpsBrain without written agreement.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. Support is provided via email at argen@opsbrain.com.

8. Limitation of liability

OpsBrain is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless you request an export. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (liability, data ownership, dispute resolution) will survive.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then through the courts of Tirana.

11. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
